For some odd reason, some people believe there’s nothing to see or do in North Dakota. That couldn’t be further from the truth! We’ve had many remarkable experiences throughout the state. One of our favorites has been the Pitchfork Steak Fondue in Medora. Not only was the meal incredible, but we ate outside overlooking the Medora Musical, a beloved outdoor theater in North Dakota’s Badlands and adjacent to Theodore Roosevelt National Park

Santa Elena Canyon is a highlight when visiting Big Bend National Park. Its canyon walls rise straight up 1,500 feet above the Rio Grande River. Although beautiful in photos, seeing it in person is a totally different experience.
